Happy fall, everyone! We hope you’re enjoying the last of the warm weather and that you’re as excited as we are for the coming race season. In the first of a long line of announcements and updates, Canada Cup results and SMCC athlete rankings from the 2021/2022 season are now available. See the download links below.
Please note:
- There is one set of rankings for the winners of the 2021/2022 Canada Cup.
- The rest of the sets are rankings (for Canadian athletes only) based on our published selection criteria. These rankings are used for national team selection.
- Speaking of national team selection, team invitations have been sent out. The team will be announced by mid-October.
- Once national team spots have been allocated and accepted, development team spots may be offered. These are allocated at the discretion of SMCC.
Very important! National team selection has absolutely no bearing on World Championship team selection. Selection races are planned and will be released shortly, as we release the calendar.
For those who are interested in qualifying to represent Canada at the 2023 ISMF World Championships (to be held in Boí Taüll, ESP), more information is available in our selection criteria.
