Some good news! SMCC and Canada Cup rankings have been updated and registration is open for the Steep Dreams Ski Mountaineering Festival at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort (March 25-27, 2022).
This event is not just a stop on the Canada Cup, it’s also the 2022 North American Ski Mountaineering Championships! With world class elite courses and competition, it’s going to be an exciting weekend of racing. Clinics, recreational and “skiduro” courses, excellent spectator areas and a welcoming atmosphere will ensure there is something for everyone! All race categories are open, and all competitors are encouraged to take this opportunity to toe the line(s) alongside North America’s fastest.
