Ski Mountaineering Competition Canada, along with Ridgeline Athletics and SkiUphill, will be hosting a hybrid training camp and World Championship Team Selection Event at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort on January 21st and 22nd, 2023.
This event will focus primarily on training for downhill skills and sprint racing but will also include both a Vertical and Sprint Race. These races will aid SMCC in determining the fourth and final positions on the team that represents Canada at the 2023 World Championships in Spain.
All athletes interested in racing at World Championships or at any international level ISMF events are encouraged to attend. The camp and races are open to all SMCC members. (Membership is free, register here.)
